BTS GBS Signavio Manager

Position Purpose:

This role has beenestablishedto support the growing internal demand forthe SAPSignavioBusiness Process Management Platform. The individual will support theSignavioPlatform IT Owner in implementing the platform strategy and ensuring adherence to technology standards and best practices and scaling up the solution across the JTI organization. The role will collaborate closely with the business owner of the platform on the design and delivery of workflows and reports. Additionally, this position will play a role inincidentsand change management for theSignavioplatform.

Position:

Implement platform strategy and roadmap

• Partner with theSignavioPlatform IT Owner to execute the platform strategy, ensuring scalability and alignment with technology standards and best practices

Business RelationshipManagement

• Build strong relationships with Global Business Services stakeholders to understand business needs, priorities, industry trends, and supplier roadmaps, ensuringtimelyand high-quality solution delivery

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to support the delivery of effective and high-quality solutions

Knowledge management

• Act as a key point of contact for the GBS user community, providing guidance on systems and best practices

• Share knowledge and support end-users with global processes through issue and change request resolution

• Promote best practices and support the adoption and scaling of theSignavioplatform across the organization

• Provide consulting support andexpertisein system and data integration

Documentation & Stewardship

• Maintain up-to-date documentation in his/her scope of responsibility, Process flows, Enterprisestructureand Competency Centre operational procedures

• Work with power users or key business stakeholders to ensure that the documentation of the processes is aligned with the business

Operations

• Support Problem Management activities byidentifyingroot causes of reported issues

• Identifythe best technical solutions using internalexpertise, SAP resources, and external vendors, and coordinate third-party escalations when needed

Requirements:

• University Degree or equivalent

• Fluentinwritten and spoken English

• 5+ years in multi-national environment with hands on experience, serving as anIT Owner or senior business administrator for SAPSignavioplatformisamust

• 5+ years working in cross-functional teams, especially between IT and business units.

• Experience in managing similar BPM platforms isadvantageous

• Excellent experience of designing and configuring workflows in SAPSignavio

• Excellent experience of leveraging SAPSignaviodata for various kinds of reporting (e.g.throughSignavioAPI)

• Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow automation, and reporting tools

• Experience of working with SAP and ServiceNow is an advantage

• Good understanding of the SAP Transformation Suite

• Technical certifications are considered an advantage, especially in BPM, ITIL, or SAPSignavio

• Good interpersonal skills - ability to listen and understand questions/problems being.communicated by end-users

• Strong teamplayer mindset
