Role Description
The BRP Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position located in Manila. The role involves overseeing body repair and paint operations, ensuring high quality repair work, timely completion, and customer satisfaction. The role involves workshop management, supplier and contractor coordination, insurance approval and compliance with operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any Automotive Course
- 3-5 years experience
- Proficiency in Business Reporting, Analytical Skills, and Report Generation
- Experience with Process Improvement, Operations Management, and Workflow Optimization
- Strong Organizational, Leadership, and Team Supervision abilities
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Familiarity with automotive industry practices and standards is a plus
- Proficiency in office productivity software and relevant reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in a supervisory role or similar position is preferred
