Duties And Responsibilities

Key Role/ Category (1)

• Regular visitation to assigned brokers to solicit new businesses and to maintain the
  
  

good business relationship to preserve and conserve the existing accounts.

• Check all the proposals prepared by the subordinates and ensure correctness and
  
  

completeness prior to sending to the brokers.

• Ensure correct computation of premium for all policies and/or endorsements to be
  
  

booked prior to opening a ticket thru CRM.

• Prepares monthly production reports for submission to Division Head.
• Monitor weekly production to ensure budget is being met and achieve monthly.

• Responsible in monitoring conservation of expiring accounts.
• Responsible in monitoring conversion of quotation to policy.
• Assistance to Collection Division to ensure collection of unpaid premiums on time.
• Assistance to brokers on all insurance concerns and requirements such as Claims,
  
  

Policy Issuance, Remittance and others.

Other Task Requirement Related To Function

• Assist Division Head in the implementation of new plans, policies and
  
  

procedures to ensure overall compliance of the group.

• Ensure all TAT's in releasing Renewal Notices, Renewal Proposals, Policies
  
  

and/or Endorsements are being complied and met on time.

• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned and/or
  
  

delegated by the Division Head.
