1. To increase the volume and income from money market and fixed income trades of institutional customer and assist the Institutional Sales Head in achieving the Institutional Sales Desks Budget.

2. Serve as customers access to the fixed income market by providing them information and indicative quotes to our product offerings

3. Monitor the clients investment requirements to be proactive in finding the right price and product, as well as give feedback to support flows for the trading desk.

4. Increase client base by onboarding new clients and converting them to active clients.

5. Manage and report the performance and feedback on FI and TD deals to the Treasury Group in the daily meeting.

6. Execute and book TDs and fixed income deals handled by the group diligently, and with adherence to regulatory and compliance restrictions within their purview.

7. Provide market information (such as news updates, indicative quotes, and information on any primary offerings) to clients.

8. Completion of FI and TD Blotter and generate Fixed Income month-end performance report from Guava.

9. Improve on PHP and USD FI rate sheet product offering.

10. Executing transactions of retail clients.

11. Manage and enhance the platforms/automated tools used to perform the above mentioned activities (such as MM Platform, Bonds PH APP, BBG Interface) as well as initiate and carry our digitization projects for the desk.

12. Consistently ensures that all Distribution sales activities follow approved product manuals, bank policy guidelines and external regulations (BSP & SEC) including KYC and AMLA procedures stive for yearly audit ratings excellence.

13. Conducts sales training with partner business units and may also conduct client events such as roadshows, webinars and briefings.

14. Prepares sales blotter and periodic reports.

15. Cross-sells other bank products and services.

16. Adheres to the Banks Code of Conduct and Code of ethics governing Financial Markets in the Philippines.

17. Perform other related tasks as may be warranted from time to time.

18. Convert and on-board new clients, maintain and monitor client lists. Revisits and revives inactive accounts.

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in treasury products especially Fixed Income products, better if they have TCP and SEC license, better if they have experience in Treasury Sales
