Role Description The Brokerage Documentation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila. This role oversees the preparation, review, and management of all customs brokerage documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The supervisor coordinates with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to resolve documentation issues, clarify requirements, and support smooth customs clearance. Responsibilities include monitoring document workflows, setting and enforcing documentation standards, and ensuring timely submission of all required forms and records. The role also involves mentoring and guiding the documentation team, implementing quality checks, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Documentation skills, including the ability to prepare, review, and organize customs and logistics documents accurately.
- Candidates should possess effective Document Management skills, including tracking, archiving, and maintaining secure and orderly records.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to coordinate with clients, internal teams, and regulatory bodies in a clear and professional manner.

- Relevant experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or supply chain operations is highly beneficial.

- Proficiency with office productivity tools and familiarity with customs or logistics software systems is an advantage.
