Job Title: Brokerage & Investigations Team Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Brokerage & Investigations Team Lead to oversee a Manila-based team supporting global clients across brokerage administration, data management, and invoice investigations. This is a client-facing leadership role that works closely with Brokerage, Accounts Receivable, and other internal teams to ensure accurate brokerage rates, timely issue resolution, and strong controls. The role may require shift work and coverage of local public holidays depending on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a global-facing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure accurate documentation, maintenance, and governance of brokerage rates and agreements
- Oversee brokerage data input, validation (4/6 eyes checks), and ongoing data quality reviews
- Manage and resolve client invoice and trade investigations efficiently
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
- Support audits, controls, reporting, and KPI tracking
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven leadership experience in a related or financial services environment
- Strong background in handling complex client queries and stakeholder management
- Understanding of end-to-end financial processes and data flows
- Experience working in a controls- and KPI-driven environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
