Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Broker Sales Manager, based in Cebu. The Broker Sales Manager will lead the recruitment, training, and management of broker partners while strategizing to drive property sales. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, conducting client presentations, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with realty groups and brokers. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to ensure targets are met and customers enjoy exceptional service during their property-buying journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in leadership, broker management, and communication to build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Capability to analyze market trends and formulate effective sales strategies
  • Relevant experience in real estate or property sales management is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
