Responsibilities:
• Broker Network Development: Recruit, onboard, and manage brokers within assigned clusters; implement broker segmentation strategies for tailored engagement.
• Sales Execution & Performance Management: Set and monitor broker sales targets; track performance metrics and provide actionable feedback; optimize Cost of Sales Ratio (COS).
• Training & Capability Building: Design and deliver broker training programs covering product knowledge, compliance, and digital tools; provide brokers with sales kits and market insights.
• Relationship Management & Engagement: Build trust and loyalty through consistent communication and support; develop incentive programs and recognition events.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with booking principles and CRM adoption; troubleshoot issues related to onboarding, documentation, commissions, and reporting.
Requirements:
• 7 years of experience in broker sales management, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brokers and deliver results under aggressive timelines.
• Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
