We are seeking a Broker Network Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with brokers to drive sales for our real estate projects, including socialized housing, condominiums, and large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong network of real estate brokers.
  • Conduct training, orientation, and engagement activities for brokers.
  • Develop sales strategies to drive project success.
  • Monitor broker performance and provide support to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

✔️ Experience in real estate sales (socialized housing, condos, or large-scale projects preferred).

✔️ Strong network of brokers and agents.

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Ability to work independently and in a team.

✔️ Can work in Tanay or anywhere in Rizal area.

✔️ Proficient in MS Office.
