Job Description

We are inviting talented and driven Broker Managers to join our distinguished team. As a Broker Manager, you will be expected to recruit, accredit, and train brokers. You will be responsible for creating and implementing sales plans and strategies, managing the Broker Channel, and building strong broker relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience and track record as Broker Manager or Sales Manager.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network of brokers and clients.
  • REB License is preferred but not required.
