Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Broker Manager at Aboitiz Land, Inc. The Broker Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with brokers, negotiating deals, ensuring compliance with regulations, expanding the broker network, and overseeing the sales process. This role will be located in Cebu.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
