Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Broker Liaison Officer at Shang Properties, main office is located in Mandaluyong City. The Broker Liaison Officer will coordinate with brokers, build relationships with real estate professionals, and communicate essential updates regarding properties. The role includes overseeing documentation and processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing support to brokers in achieving sales goals. Responsibilities also involve maintaining exceptional customer service and addressing broker inquiries promptly and effectively.

• Experience in client relationship management, real estate brokerage coordination, and professional communication
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle documentation accurately and efficiently
• Knowledge of sales processes, market trends, and property transactions is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is highly preferred
