Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with partners and

intermediaries.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to expand market reach and grow

corporate accounts.

  • Manage the full account lifecycle, ensuring smooth transition from sales to after-sales servicing and renewal.
  • Analyze partner markets, client portfolios, and industry trends to identify opportunities and deliver strategic

insights.

  • Provide competitive recommendations on rates and benefit structures for franchised accounts.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Corporate Accounts Officers to strengthen sales performance and professional

development.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and service units, to ensure seamless client

experience.

  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives that drive portfolio growth and client retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners by providing business and healthcare insights that support their clients

needs.

  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to the brand.

Job Requirements

  • At least College Graduate preferably Sales & Marketing/ Business Management
  • At least three ( 3 ) year sales background preferably in the life or non- life / HMO industry
  • Technical / functional skills: MS Office proficient and can engage/ is proficient in verbal and written English
  • Business skills: Salesmanship, Effective communication, Critical thinking,
  • Negotiation skills, Growth mindset
