Responsibilities

1. Manage broadcaster communities, provide daily operational support, and drive participation in platform campaigns.

2. Analyze broadcaster performance and behavior trends to develop targeted engagement strategies and incentive programs.

3. Support event planning, promotion, and execution through in-app placements, social media, and community channels.

4. Track and analyze operational data, generate insights, and recommend improvements to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

1. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

2. Interested in user operations, event management, and community engagement.

3. Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic dashboard creation.

4. Data-driven mindset with basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

5. Willing to work night shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.

This role requires working from the office five days a week.
