Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Branding & Events Marketing Manager with strong experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. This role is responsible for planning and executing branding campaigns, managing events and activations, overseeing graphic design requirements, and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth operations across marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing skills with hands-on execution, has experience handling F&B brands, and can manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, events, and digital platforms.
- Monitor brand performance and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain brand standards.
Events & Activations
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, product launches, store activations, trade fairs, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, supplier coordination, and on-site execution.
- Handle sponsorships, partnerships, and event marketing opportunities.
- Evaluate event success through post-event reporting and ROI analysis.
F&B Marketing
- Execute marketing campaigns specifically for F&B products, restaurants, cafés, or hospitality brands.
- Coordinate menu launches, seasonal promotions, and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Understand consumer behavior and trends within the F&B industry.
- Collaborate with operations teams to align promotions with business objectives.
Graphic Design & Creative Oversight
- Create or supervise the creation of marketing collaterals including:
- Social media graphics
- Posters and flyers
- Menus
- Event materials
- Branding assets
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with printers, suppliers, and creative agencies.
Logistics & Coordination
- Manage marketing inventory, event materials, and promotional assets.
- Coordinate deliveries, supplier schedules, permits, and venue requirements.
- Ensure timely setup and dismantling of events and activations.
- Maintain organized tracking of budgets, procurement, and operational timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in Marketing, Branding, or Events Management.
- Must have experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
- Experience in event execution, brand activations, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as:

- Illustrator
- Canva
- InDesign (preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
