1. Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and market share. This involves conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying target audiences.

2. Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in the brand's visual and verbal identity across all communication channels, including logos, taglines, messaging, and brand guidelines.

3. Create and maintain brand guidelines that outline the proper usage of the brand elements, ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders adhere to the established brand standards.

4. Oversee the development and execution of brand communication materials such as advertisements, marketing campaigns, social media content, and public relations initiatives. Ensure brand messaging aligns with the overall brand strategy.

5. Work closely with various departments such as marketing, sales, product development, and design teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as necessary.

6. Monitor brand performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for brand improvement. Conduct regular brand audits to evaluate brand health and make necessary adjustments.

7. Educate team members about the brand's values, mission, and positioning to ensure consistent understanding and representation of the brand

8. Prepare regular reports and presentations on key brand metrics, performance indicators, and marketing activities. Present findings and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.

9. Supervise a team the product specialist providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship. Assign tasks, set goals, and evaluate performance to maintain a high-performing brand team.

10. Ensuring that all marketing and promotional activities are conducted within the allocated financial resources. A meticulous approach to monitoring and controlling budgets, ensuring financial efficiency, and supporting strategic marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles. Experience in developing and implementing brand strategies, managing brand communication campaigns, conducting market research, and overseeing brand guidelines.
  • With 1-2 years experience in related field.
