The
Brand Strategy Officer is mainly responsible for the implementation of the differentiated BPI brand and its impact on the brand and communications architectures.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinates regular brand audits and research on current market trends and predicting future trends that might affect the BPI brand
- Analyzes market data, customer feedback and survey responses to review and update the BPI CVP and brand and communications architectures
- Recommends to the Department Head an updated BPI CVP and brand and communications architectures
- Implements brand refresh exercises as directed by the Department Head
- Coordinates with the project owner, reviews and recommends changes or improvements to the Department Head the campaign communications briefs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Communication, Advertising
- (Preferred) Master's Degree in Business Management or Communications
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or similar programs
- At least 5 years in Brand Management / Brand Strategy
- Extensive background in Strategic Planning, Business Strategy, Branding, and Marketing Communications
- Experience in the Financial Services industry is an advantage
- Deep understanding of branding (value proposition, employer/employee value proposition, corporate culture)
- Strong grasp of marketing communication (strategy, insights, brand proposition)
- Proficiency in CVP, A&P and OPEX management
- Data analytics and consumer insights application
- Creative execution and project management
