The Brand Specialist plays a key executional role in driving the marketing, communications, and brand growth initiatives of COCOES and SLOW. Working directly under the Brand Manager or its equivalent, this position is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring that all brand activities align with overall marketing and business objectives.

The role involves close coordination with internal teams (Digital, Design, and Marketing Operations) as well as external partners (agencies, suppliers, and ambassadors) to ensure consistent brand messaging, timely delivery of campaigns, and data-backed reporting on performance and results.

The Brand Specialist acts as the bridge between strategy and executionturning brand plans into action with excellence, precision, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support and Execution
  • Assist the Brand Manager in implementing marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure the timely rollout of brand materials and activations.
  • Track and manage campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables to maintain alignment with strategic goals.
  • Monitor brand presence and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
  • Gather and analyze campaign performance data and consumer insights to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing KPIs, learnings, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support in market research initiatives to evaluate competitor activity, industry trends, and consumer behavior. Cross-functional Coordination
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Operations to align brand activities with business priorities.
  • Coordinate with third-party agencies and suppliers, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing regular updates on marketing activities, progress, and roadblocks. Brand Stewardship
  • Ensure all internal and external communications reflect the brand's voice, image, and values.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing collaterals, presentations, and other brand content.
  • Support the Brand Manager in planning and executing product launches, events, and promotional activities.

Qualifications: Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign coordination, or digital marketing (FMCG or beverage industry preferred). Skills and Competencies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, metrics, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with digital marketing platforms.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and design sensibility.
