The Brand & Sourcing Officer helps strengthen the organization's talent pipeline by building meaningful partnerships and creating strong employer branding initiatives that attract the right people to the organization.
This role is responsible for expanding sourcing channels, strengthening school and community partnerships, supporting recruitment marketing efforts, and helping communicate the organization's culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
The ideal candidate is highly relational, creative, organized, and passionate about connecting people to meaningful opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnerships & External Relations
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, TESDA institutions, PESOs, LGUs, and community organizations.
- Coordinate career fairs, recruitment caravans, internship programs, and sourcing initiatives.
- Develop strategic partnerships that support frontline, corporate, and leadership hiring requirements.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Support sourcing efforts through digital platforms, referrals, partnerships, and networking activities.
- Help build proactive talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
- Monitor sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase candidate quality and reach.
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding campaigns across social media, recruitment platforms, and events.
- Help communicate the organization's culture, values, growth opportunities, and employee stories.
- Assist in creating recruitment materials, presentations, and engagement initiatives.
Recruitment Support
- Coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring leaders on manpower requirements and sourcing priorities.
- Support candidate engagement and recruitment event execution.
- Maintain accurate records and partnership databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, partnerships, employer branding, or marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Creative, organized, and proactive.
- Comfortable engaging with schools, institutions, and external partners.
