What You'll Do:
- Design social media creatives for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
- Create visually cohesive content aligned with the brand's beauty and skincare positioning.
- Develop static posts, story templates, reels covers, ad creatives, campaign visuals, and short-form motion graphics.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and influencer teams to execute product launches and campaigns.
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated on beauty, skincare, fashion, and social media design trends.
- Assist in photo selection, retouching direction, mood boards, and campaign visual concepts.
- Ensure all deliverables meet platform specifications and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design, social media design, or brand creative roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media work, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Good aesthetic judgment and understanding of beauty/skincare visual trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and/or Figma, Canva.
- Basic motion graphics or short video editing skills are a strong plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
