  • Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Monitors and evaluates dealer/branch sales performance.
  • Strengthens brand visibility and positioning in the market.
  • Conducts regular market research and competitor analysis.
  • Leads, trains, and mentors the sales team to ensure target alignment.
  • Coordinates with Marketing for brand campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepares sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for management

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
  • Minimum of 35 years experience in sales, marketing, or brand management
  • Proven Work Experience as a Branch Sales Manager in the AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY (Tires, Lubricants & Battery).
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
