He/She/They will be responsible for the timely development and implementation of strategic programs/campaigns/initiatives to achieve business goals on new card acquisition and early activation. Implements and enhances relevant business procedures, including liaising and leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
The Responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Develop new card acquisition and early activation programs/campaigns/initiatives, aligned with business goals.
- Provide targeted analysis and action plans to tap and maximize potential across different customer segments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional units to ensure the proper and smooth implementation of programs.
- Develop media plans and ensure timely launch and placement of ads and materials.
- Plot and manage campaign/program budget.
- Conduct regular program/campaign performance reviews vis-a-vis business metrics. Review shall include MIS, post-program evaluations, gap analysis, recommendations, etc.
Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be:
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a Marketing or Business-related course.
- At least five (5) years of experience in sales or campaign/program management, preferably of consumer products and services.
- Professional marketing and sales experience (strategic selling skills)
You must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
