Brand & Product Marketing Head

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand & Product Marketing Head to lead our brand growth and product marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving market positioning, and creating impactful campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for products and services

• Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and customer engagement channels

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Business teams to accelerate product adoption and growth

• Conduct market research, customer insights analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities

• Build compelling product narratives, value propositions, and marketing materials

• Manage brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communication platforms

• Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies through data-driven insights

• Lead and mentor marketing teams to deliver high-impact initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Proven experience leading brand and product marketing functions, preferably in banking, fintech, technology, or consumer industries

• Strong expertise in brand strategy, product positioning, go-to-market planning, and campaign management

• Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into impactful marketing strategies

• Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities

• Experience managing teams and cross-functional partnerships
