Responsibilities:
1. Lead overall creative direction for brand content and develop annual content strategies.
2. Manage and mentor the content creative team, including content specialists, ensuring efficient workflow
and high-quality output.
3. Develop creative concepts and scripts for brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
4. Oversee short-form video content and social media creative assets across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram,
YouTube, Xiaohongshu, etc.
5. Collaborate with product, marketing, PR, and operations teams to produce impactful and differentiated
content.
6. Track gaming and social media trends to continuously optimize content performance and drive creative
innovation.
7. Manage external agencies and creative vendors (production houses, MCNs, design studios).
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Media, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
2. 3-5 years of experience in creative content or advertising, with team management experience.
3. Fluent in English, capable of delivering bilingual scripts and creative briefs.
4. Familiar with the gaming industry and passionate about gaming culture and trends.
5. Strong ownership and ability to lead projects from ideation to final delivery.
6. Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
