Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-12pm PST. Flexibility is allowed - if a day is missed (example: holiday), hours can be adjusted across 4 days to maintain the 20-hour week.
Note: Some weeks may require up to 30 hrs depending on workload and priorities.

About The Role
As a Brand Partnerships & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the build-out of the company's brand ecosystem ahead of their public app launch. This role is highly execution-focused and process-driven, with meaningful ownership and visibility.
You will work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and play a critical role in onboarding food and wellness brands to their platformhelping them reach their initial launch goal of 100 brand partners.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and able to work independently while fully understanding why the work mattersnot just checking boxes.
Responsibilities
- Brand Partnerships
- Research, identify, and engage food and wellness brands aligned with our mission
- Manage the end-to-end brand onboarding process
- Track outreach, follow-ups, responses, and onboarding status
- Respond to brand inquiries via email and LinkedIn with a professional, friendly, and informed tone
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in Google Drive
- Operational & Support Tasks
- Source and upload correct product images from a private image library
- Review brand-submitted information for accuracy and completeness
- Support internal tools and workflows (training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates as needed
Competencies And Qualifications
Must-Have
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (brand partnerships, operations, account support, or business development support)
- Strong written communication skills (email-focused)
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Experience with LinkedIn for professional outreach
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Curious mindset with a desire to understand the purpose behind tasks
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in the healthy food, wellness, or consumer brand space
- Familiarity with basic form tools such as Typeform or similar
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
- Process documentation experience
