Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Brand Partnership Manager to drive strategic collaborations between creators, brands, and advertisers. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and managing brand partnerships that deliver mutual value for ICONIFY and its partners. You will play a key role in expanding market reach, driving revenue, and enhancing brand visibility in the digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy aligned with company goals.

Identify and engage potential brand partners, advertisers, and agencies across various industries.

Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts that maximize value and exposure for both ICONIFY and its partners.

Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including pitching, onboarding, campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting.

Collaborate closely with internal teamscontent creators, marketing, legal, and analyticsto deliver tailored brand solutions.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities to inform partnership strategies.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on partnership performance and market opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

35 years of experience in brand partnership management, business development, or digital marketingpreferably within MCNs, influencer marketing, or digital media agencies.

Proven track record in securing and managing brand partnerships and sponsorship deals.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Deep understanding of digital content platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and the influencer marketing landscape.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.

Highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
