BRAND MANAGER
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree graduate of at least 4-year course preferably in Business
Management, Marketing or any related course
In-depth understanding of FMCG marketing strategies and principles, Modern
and Retail Trade dynamics, including distributor operations
With combined management experience of at least 10 years in Marketing and
Brand Management, Sales and/or Trade Marketing, in FMCG setting
Competence in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Personal Attributes ((presentable & well-grooming; self-organization; persistence;
poise under pressure; realistic self-appraisal; and growth/learning mindset or
openness to change or new situations)
Work Environment (office and fieldwork)
Physical Demand (works or fieldwork with Sales Managers, Regional Sales
Heads, Distributor Specialists, Key Accounts Managers, and Key Accounts
Specialists; works beyond regular working hours; works from Mondays to
Saturdays, or beyond as the situation so requires; and travel is required within or
outside area assignment)
