Job Description

Educational Background:

  • Bachelors degree holder or Graduate of Business Management or Communications or Marketing-related course.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years experience in a Product or Marketing role.
  • Experience in coordinating managing cross functional and cross cultural teams.
  • Experience in IMC planning and execution and proven ability in leading teams in large-scale complex programs.
  • Experience in social media and influencer marketing. Deriving measurements for ROI, Business Finance skills and / or exposure.
  • Strong bias for Action, Results-oriented.
  • Can analyze data both qualitative and quantitative

Role Overview:

The TNT Brand Officer will support in the execution of the brand strategy. This role will help bring to life products and programs that drives data adoption, increase omnichannel consumer engagement and maintain overall good brand health of TNT. Brand Officer should be able to analyze data and articulate how these data can help the brand's performance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Bring to life product/promos/engagements that provide relevant consumer solutions to improve their lives.
  • Create strategies around digital-first initiatives to drive brand perception, revenues and consumer engagements.
  • Shape strategy via user insights analysis, market data, competitive research and understanding national, localized and segment requirements.
  • Work with Product, GTM, Internal and External Partners to ensure alignment on priorities and market execution of brand initiatives and best practices.
  • Coordinate internal and external product and campaign launches
