Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Officer to support the development and execution of brand strategies within a retail environment. This role will focus on strengthening brand presence, driving customer engagement, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and sales
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across stores, marketing materials, and digital platforms
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams for campaign execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities
- Support product launches, promotions, and in-store activations
- Oversee visual merchandising alignment with brand guidelines
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers
- Track and report on campaign performance and brand metrics
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are properly implemented
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or retail-related roles
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer brands is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
- Willing to travel for store visits and activations
