Overview
Shape the market positioning and drive the operational engine of a fast-growing construction firm. You will refine our brand voice, optimize lead funnels, and manage outbound teams to ensure high-quality opportunities are primed for leadership to close.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Define and refine the company's market positioning, identifying unique differentiators for our fast, high-quality construction processes to sharpen our competitive edge.
- Shape and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms, social profiles, and client-facing materials to build trust and market presence.
- Improve and manage the quality of website copy, sales decks, one-pagers, proposals, and marketing collateral to ensure professional and compelling communication.
- Oversee inbound and outbound lead flow across all channels (email, phone, ads, social) and build sophisticated outreach sequences and follow-up logic.
- Maintain a clean, organized CRM (tracking stages, notes, and pipeline movement) to provide leadership with a clear view of all active and qualified opportunities.
- Manage cold-calling specialists and sales activities, reviewing scripts and call quality to improve accountability and conversion rates.
- Support and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across Google Ads, email, and social media while testing messages for different audiences.
- Turn high-level strategies into actionable operating processes, coordinating with vendors and freelancers to improve marketing reporting and efficiency.
- Manage sales KPIs and utilize performance data to help leadership refine strategies based on real-world funnel results.
- Leverage AI agents to create client-focused messaging and identify the best ways to sell the company's unique value propositions.
