What is this role about
This role will supervise designs as well as recommend and implement various programs to create awareness for SEAOIL's lubricant product lines. These initiatives shall also help in driving customers to LubeServ - both for workshops and LubeServ on wheels. Furthermore, this role will also develop and implement various strategies to improve the overall brand health and image of SEAOIL Lubricants and LubeServ.
What will YOU do
1. Analyze consumer trends and insights as well as competitive data, in order to develop strategies and action plans to increase awareness and trial for SEAOIL Lubricants and LUBESERV
2. Develop brand campaigns and sets clear communication objectives to help improve the brand health and image of SEAOIL Lubricants and LUBESERV among retail consumers
3. Design and implement programs to drive consumer engagement from acquisition, retention and all the way to loyalty
5. Measure effectiveness of consumer programs through agreed methodologies and metrics.
6. Coordinate with functional teams within CCM and other departments to ensure timely and effective implementation of programs.
7. Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
