About the Role
We are looking for an evolved, agile, and savvy marketing professional to join our Brand Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you will drive multi-disciplinary full-funnel Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies—spanning creative, PR, media, content, martech, and production—across digital, legacy, and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Product Marketing: Craft creative, PR, and production solutions for campaign briefs to achieve target KPIs. Develop and execute research-backed marketing pivots and platform-based community engagement programs.
- Brand Equity Promotion & Management: Maintain visual and messaging alignment with brand guidelines. Ensure regulatory compliance while launching push-and-pull campaigns across social media, on-ground activations, and paid media platforms.
- Brand Partnerships: Propose, forge, and evaluate sustainable cross-brand collaborations with like-minded brands that champion shared values.
- Collaboration & Team Culture: Partner across BMC departments to build high-performing, best-in-class workflows and support divisional growth initiatives.
- Budget & Cost Management: Execute programs strictly within budget and schedule. Conduct regular trade checks, monitor cost-drivers, and evaluate program cost-efficiencies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Business growth reflected in sales metrics.
- Brand health metrics tracked via third-party research (e.g., Brand Pulse, BUMO figures).
- Flawless project management, delivering campaigns within approved timelines and budgets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in marketing or advertising, with emphasis on PR/Comms management, project management, or video/static production and post-production. Agency background (creative, media, PR, or marketing) is highly prioritized.
- Industry Insight: Prior exposure to the luxury, service, or lifestyle market segments.
- Track Record: Demonstrated marketing effectiveness through a strong portfolio or award-winning campaigns.
- Tech & AI Literacy: Familiar with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, OpusClip, Veo, Runway, Nano Banana).
- Skills & Mindset: Data-driven decision-maker who moves fast and owns results. Strong oral and written English communication skills.
