You Should Have:
- Graduate of Business Management/Marketing or experience in an internship for marketing/management
- Must have at least 2-3 years of prior work experience in the same role.
- Analytical skills for sales data analysis and insights generation
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with cross-functional teams
- Proactiveness in identifying and resolving issues
- Creativity in designing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with social media management, content creation, and engagement strategies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office ( Excel, Powerpoint)
- Familiarity with Chat GPT and other AI tools
