We at Coforge are hiring a CRM Marketing Specialist with the following skillset:

Own all aspects of managing assigned end-to-end eDM insights and event campaigns, with a specific focus on events.

Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements, confirm campaign brief, and customer journey

Establish required elements in CRM including:

Target audience segmentation and list extraction, online list review and actioning, list uploads etc.

Creation of required campaign content email, event pages, web forms, etc

Creation of campaign code for Lead tracking

Monitoring and actioning audience governance across multiple campaigns

Scheduling email sends, confirmations, follow-ups

Data management such as the creation of Leads for webinar events

Conduct A/B testing

Monitor campaign analytics and flag early metrics to campaign business owner.
