Company Description Cosmetique Asia Corporation, founded in 2001 by industry veteran Alexander S. Co, is a fast-growing company in the cosmetics and personal care sector. It launched its flagship Silka Papaya Soap, which quickly became a leading brand in the whitening soap category. Building on this success, the company expanded into fragrances with Juicy Cologne and later into hygiene products with Biogenic Alcohol. Bambini Baby Cologne further strengthened its presence in the baby care market. Today, Cosmetique Asia continues to develop and innovate products that respond to evolving consumer needs.

Role Description The Brand Marketing Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This position is responsible for developing and implementing brand marketing plans, including campaign strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities for Cosmetique Asia's key brands. Daily tasks include conducting market and competitor analysis, coordinating with sales and trade marketing teams, and managing social media and digital initiatives to build brand awareness and engagement. The Brand Marketing Officer prepares marketing materials, monitors campaign performance, and provides reports and insights to guide brand decisions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective execution of marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Market Research skills, including data analysis, consumer insight generation, and competitor monitoring.
  • Candidates should possess core Marketing skills, such as brand strategy development, campaign planning, and product positioning.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including content planning, community management, and performance tracking.
  • Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as collaboration with sales teams, understanding of trade activities, and support for promotional initiatives.
  • Relevant qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care brand management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Quezon City with cross-functional teams are beneficial.
