Job Description

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, launch plans, and content calendars aligned with brand objectives
  • Conceptualize campaigns for product launches, seasonal promos, and brand events
  • Ensure all collaterals and assets are aligned with brand tone, target market, and positioning
  • Supervise the execution of both online and offline marketing activations
  • Team Coordination & Cross-Department Alignment
  • Act as brand representative across internal teams (Creatives, Ads, Video, PR, and Sales)
  • Coordinate with Ads Department for campaign optimization and budget allocation
  • Ensure Creatives and Video teams deliver on-brand materials on schedule
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, CTR, cost per lead, and conversions
  • Analyze performance data and propose actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Update the brands master tracker and present weekly summaries to the CSO/Director
  • Identify top-performing materials and campaigns for replication or scaling
  • Market & Consumer Insight
  • Research competitors, market trends, and audience behavior to inform brand strategy
  • Recommend new product positioning or creative direction based on insights
  • Brand Consistency & Compliance
  • Safeguard brand visual identity and communication guidelines
  • Review all public-facing materials before release to ensure tone and accuracy
  • Maintain brand documentation, content folders, and marketing archives
  • Budget & Resource Management
  • Manage campaign budgets in coordination with the CSO
  • Recommend cost-effective strategies without compromising impact
  • Event & Partnership Support
  • Support on-ground activations, influencer partnerships, and PR executions
  • Coordinate deliverables with PR and Events team for brand-related collaborations
  • Evaluate post-event results and integrate learnings into future campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in brand marketing or campaign strategy
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
  • Keen attention to detail, aesthetics, and brand storytelling
