The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence, drive awareness, and support business growth. This role oversees campaign planning, budget management, supplier coordination, and out-of-home (OOH) marketing deployment. The Brand Marketing Manager must have a strong understanding of beauty and fashion trends to ensure that all campaigns remain relevant, competitive, and aligned with the brand's identity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand positioning and visibility.
- Create, manage, and track marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and optimal allocation of resources.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and agencies to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Lead the planning and execution of OOH (out-of-home) advertising deployments, including billboards and other offline placements.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on beauty and fashion trends to ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and aligned with consumer preferences.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
