Were seeking an entrepreneurially-driven Marketing Manager to help us expand our digital footprint and oversee our social communications efforts. They will develop and implement informed content strategies tailored to the strengths of various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, affinity and online sale.
Objectives of this role
- Build FOTILE's Brand Equity in the Philippines through social-first , aspirational lifestyle digital content
- Acquire new followers by strengthening its Aspirational and Lifestyle imagery in cabinet industry
- Improve ROI through more consistently on-target messaging and paid media strategies (eg. Boosting)
- Consolidate insights from social data using monitoring tools
Responsibilities
- Create the social media content for FOTILE with timely and quality delivery
- Recommend and iterate the MEDIA Plan: assets and boosting plan
- Analyze the companys social strategy and online sales funnel to make frequent improvement suggestions
- Supervise and Manage the Oppein Creatives Team: performance, output delivery
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong project management skills
- Good eye for design
- Robust knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms and paid media/boosting
- Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure
- Clear, confident communication abilities
- Effective time-management skills
- In-house photo and video editing skills, eg. Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, is a PLUS
