We need someone who can take the reins on marketing and push our name to the next level.
What You'll Own:
- Create and manage our Facebook and Instagram business pages from scratch
- Design and run high-performing Facebook ad campaigns to generate leads and brand visibility
- Develop our brand identity and ensure it's consistent across all platforms
- Produce engaging, on-brand content (graphics, reels, captions, etc.)
- Track ad performance and continuously optimize for better results
- Think big picturebringing creative marketing ideas to the table and executing fast
What We're Looking For:
- Strong track record of running Facebook ads with solid ROI
- Ability to build brand pages and grow a following from the ground up
- Branding and design experience (you don't need to be a full graphic designer, but you should know how to make things look clean and professional)
- A self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanagedyou run with it and get it done
- Bonus if you've worked with blue-collar, service-based, or B2B industries
