The purpose of the role is primarily responsible for institutional branding, marketing and advertising initiatives of the company, including delivering the brand promise and value proposition/s to identified priority audiences, increasing brand awareness, and growing and managing the digital and social footprint of the company.
FINANCIAL
- Contribute to GPW generation with increased awareness driving increased consideration for BPI MS products and solutions.
- Drive customers to conversion platforms through marketing and advertising campaigns, events, communications, and partnerships.
- Develop product and marketing communication materials to support the distribution channels of BPI MS.
- Maximize owned and available advertising properties, including digital and social, in driving awareness and sales conversions.
CUSTOMER
- Establish BPI MS as a brand committed to protecting dreams amidst uncertainties in the minds of customers through advertising, events and branding campaigns.
- Develop brand ambassadors and champions out of the company's customer database.
- Meet customer expectations for attributes that lead to BPI MS being the preferred non-life insurance partner.
- Educate the public about the importance of non-life insurance, sustainability and risk management, and engage them in the general insurance discourse.
OPERATIONAL
- Develop and manage brand guidelines and brand use.
- Manage digital marketing and communication platforms, including the company website and social media pages, branch marketing spaces, and marketing partnerships.
- Manage, support, and/or deliver creative requirements of various business units through the use of third-party vendors and/or the internal creative team as applicable.
- Work with various units of the company, especially customer-facing units, to ensure they reflect the company's brand values to external audiences.
- Lead and execute brand marketing programs from start to finish, including gathering feedback for future improvement.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with BPI and MSI for branding and marketing opportunities.
LEARNING & DEV. / INNOVATION
- Continuously acquire technical knowledge, industry trends and best practices through mandatory courses, training programs, and conferences.
- Develop the capabilities and technical knowledge of members of the brand and propositions teams.
- Establish and innovate brand and marketing processes.
Other duties/ responsibilities that are not related to the Four (4) Dimensions:
- Compliance with regulatory and internal policies and guidelines, including compliance with financial consumer protection statements and Annual Report publication.
- Regularly align with parent companies, BPI and MSI, on brand direction, guidelines, and updates.
- Ensure sufficient control measures in business processes are in place forthe execution of marketing collaterals.
- Other functions that may be assigned from time to time by the Head of Alternative Distribution & Marketing will help achieve the business goals of the department.
KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for articulating brand message, strategies, and relationship building.
- Highly creative and capable of conceptualizing innovative brand programs, messaging, and executions.
- Highly analytical with excellent negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Possessa strategic mindset for developing long-term brand strategies aligned with BPI MS's overall goals and market trends.
- Strong leadership skills for guiding and motivating teams to execute brand strategies effectively and managing multiple programs/activities at a given time.
- Team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- College graduate, preferably Business or Marketing-related course.
- Highly experienced in marketing roles, with at least 5-8 years in marketing.
- Bancassurance and insurance experience are a plus
