Brand Marketing Associate - Supervisor Level

Position Title: Brand Associate (Marketing)

Work Arrangement: Full Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Flexible Working Hours)

What you'll do:

• Lead brand growth strategies and marketing initiatives
• Develop integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Drive consumer insights, promotions, pricing, and forecasting
• Manage new product development from idea to launch
• Monitor brand performance and business results

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• At least 3 years of FMCG experience in brand management or consumer marketing / pet industry
• Experience in handling a pet food category is a plus / advantage
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong efficiency in using both tools
• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities
