Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and creative Brand Marketing Associate to assist in implementing branding and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The role focuses on maintaining brand consistency, supporting campaigns, and coordinating with internal departments and external partners to strengthen overall brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns and promotional activities
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and guidelines
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and creative teams for brand-related initiatives
- Support the creation of content for digital, social media, and offline campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights
- Manage and organize marketing collaterals and brand assets
- Assist in event coordination, brand activations, and product launches
- Prepare reports and updates related to campaign performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Creative thinker with keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
