Brand Marketing & Partnerships Manager who will play a key role in driving brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and affinity for Salmon.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnership opportunities with external brands, organizations, and events.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and growth teams to deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.
- Lead the end-to-end campaign cycle from strategy and creative briefing to rollout, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Support co-marketing and sponsorship initiatives that strengthen Salmon's brand visibility and credibility.
- Monitor market trends, cultural movements, and competitor activities to inspire new marketing opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets, partner deliverables, and timelines to ensure high-quality execution.
Requirements And Expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or campaign management ideally in fintech, consumer tech, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong grasp of brand strategy, marketing communications, and consumer insights.
- Proven success in executing impactful campaigns and managing external partnerships.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-management skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic, analytical mindset.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Tagalog is a plus.
