Job Description

This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
  • Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
  • Monitor market and consumer trends
  • Develop pricing and distribution strategies

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • With Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
  • Has 3-5 years of brand or product marketing experience handling food and beverage categories for FMCG/consumer companies
  • With at least 1 year people management experience
  • Possesses excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must have strong strategic planning, analytic, and research skills
  • Driven, analytical, and has attention to detail,
  • Can adapt & be a team player
  • Familiar withNielsen Data or similar programs
  • Comfortable withMicrosoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Willing to report onsite to their Ortigas/Mandaluyong offices**
