This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
- Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
- Monitor market and consumer trends
- Develop pricing and distribution strategies
Qualifications/Requirements:
- With Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
- Has 3-5 years of brand or product marketing experience handling food and beverage categories for FMCG/consumer companies
- With at least 1 year people management experience
- Possesses excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must have strong strategic planning, analytic, and research skills
- Driven, analytical, and has attention to detail,
- Can adapt & be a team player
- Familiar withNielsen Data or similar programs
- Comfortable withMicrosoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Willing to report onsite to their Ortigas/Mandaluyong offices**
