Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Strategy
Develop and recommend marketing plans and strategies
Create campaign ideas and integrated marketing programs (online & offline)
Media & Campaign Management
Evaluate and negotiate media, sponsorships, and partnership
Plan, book, and monitor campaigns
Manage budgets and track spending
Ensure all materials are delivered on time
Analyze campaign performance and ROI
Program & Promotions
Execute marketing programs, including partner and end-user promotions
Manage communication and monitor campaign progress
Support rewards and claims processing
Events & Sponsorships
Plan and manage events, trade shows, and sponsorships
Identify opportunities for brand exposure
Client Management
Coordinate with Client, internal teams, partners, and vendors
Provide regular updates on projects, budgets, and deliverables
Project Management
Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
Oversee campaign execution from planning to closure (including invoicing)
Reporting
Prepare campaign reports and performance analysis
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3 years experience in marketing or brand management
Strong skills in project management, communication, and negotiation
