Job Description

Lead brand insighting: size opportunities, segment consumers, and translate data into clear strategies
Build and execute annual brand plans including messaging, channel mix, and budget allocation
Drive tactical programs across pharmacy, e-commerce, social media, KOL/HCP engagement, and on-ground activations
Own forecasting and inventory management to ensure service levels and cash efficiency
Manage campaign calendars, briefs, and performance dashboards adjust strategies based on results
Collaborate with Digital, Content, Affiliate, Sales, and Supply teams to deliver campaigns on time
Track KPIs such as awareness, trial, repeat purchase, share, ROAS, and forecast accuracy
Champion consumer insights through rapid testing and feedback loops

The Successful Applicant

2-5 years of experience in brand marketing, pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare
Proven ability to turn insights into actionable plans and measurable results
Strong understanding of demand planning, basic P&L levers, and merchandising fundamentals
Comfortable with dashboards (Excel/Sheets) and writing clear, concise briefs
