About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager with a proven track record in managing niche, ultra-luxury, or prestige beauty and fragrance brands. The ideal candidate understands the unique dynamics of luxury brand building, where exclusivity, craftsmanship, heritage, and exceptional consumer experiences are key to creating lasting brand desirability. You will be responsible for translating global brand strategies into locally relevant initiatives that strengthen brand equity while delivering sustainable commercial growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Minimum 6 years of brand management or marketing experience within niche, ultra-luxury, prestige beauty, luxury fragrance, boutique beauty, or luxury retail brands.
  2. Proven experience managing brands that rely on premium positioning, storytelling, craftsmanship, exclusivity, and elevated client experiences rather than mass-market marketing approaches.
  3. Strong exposure to luxury brand storytelling, influencer/KOL strategy, experiential marketing, and omnichannel brand activation.
  4. Deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour, including the drivers of brand desirability, prestige, loyalty, and purchase decisions.
  5. Candidates with experience across brands such as Le Labo, Jo Malone, Tom Ford Beauty, Kilian Paris, Parfums Frédéric Malle, Sisley Paris, Maison Francis Kurkdjian or comparable niche and prestige beauty brands are strongly encouraged to apply.
  6. We also welcome candidates with brand management experience from ultra-luxury watch and jewellery maisons, such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Bvlgari, Chopard, Piaget, Harry Winston, or similar brands where luxury positioning, craftsmanship, exclusivity, and clienteling are core to the business.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  8. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  9. Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to influence across cultures and functions.
  10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while managing multiple priorities.
