Job Description

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies that strengthen the companys brand identity, increase market share, and drive growth. This role involves managing brand campaigns, monitoring market trends, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across advertising, communication, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Manage budgets and measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with media, agencies, and key partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years or above experience as a Brand Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience as Brand Manager from FMCG or Distributor/Trading.
  • Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Can start immediately.
