Role Description The Brand Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Parañaque. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that increase awareness, preference, and market share for Hightower's product lines. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing brand guidelines, coordinating product launches, and analyzing market and competitor data. The Brand Manager works closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across packaging, promotions, and customer communications. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, managing budgets, and collaborating with external partners such as agencies, designers, and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in brand management, product marketing, or trade marketing within FMCG, food and beverage, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and reporting to inform brand and portfolio decisions.
  • Proficiency in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with basic design or presentation tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in the food industry, food service, retail, or distribution environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Parañaque and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
