Role Description The Brand Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Parañaque. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that increase awareness, preference, and market share for Hightower's product lines. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing brand guidelines, coordinating product launches, and analyzing market and competitor data. The Brand Manager works closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across packaging, promotions, and customer communications. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, managing budgets, and collaborating with external partners such as agencies, designers, and suppliers.
