Meet with stakeholders to determine brand objectives
Analyze industry, competition
Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships, social media
Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials
Manage the brand through social media accounts, brand website and public relations channels we rely on the most to create consumer demand, shape the direction and perception
Design and conduct marketing ideation sessions to constantly refresh and energize campaign design, making each campaign captivating, convincing
Research, develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for integrated product and brand awareness campaigns, and always on brand building initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of any four year course, preferably with a major in Business or Marketing
At least 7 years of solid experience in Brand Management (experience in the FMCG or Retail industry is an advantage)
At least 3 years experience in supervisory or assistant managerial
Must have excellent leadership, project management, communication (both oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
