Job Description

  • Meet with stakeholders to determine brand objectives
  • Analyze industry, competition
  • Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships, social media
  • Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials
  • Manage the brand through social media accounts, brand website and public relations channels we rely on the most to create consumer demand, shape the direction and perception
  • Design and conduct marketing ideation sessions to constantly refresh and energize campaign design, making each campaign captivating, convincing
  • Research, develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for integrated product and brand awareness campaigns, and always on brand building initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four year course, preferably with a major in Business or Marketing
  • At least 7 years of solid experience in Brand Management (experience in the FMCG or Retail industry is an advantage)
  • At least 3 years experience in supervisory or assistant managerial
  • Must have excellent leadership, project management, communication (both oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
